Enjoy a glass of Tassel Ridge® wine ($6–$12) with your favorite individual Wood Fired Oven Pizza Choose an Apple Bacon Cheddar Pizza ($15); a Sausage, Sun-Dried Tomato, and Shredded Mozzarella Pizza ($15); a Margherita Pizza with Fresh Basil and Fresh Mozzarella ($15); a Pepperoni, Black Olive, and Shredded Mozzarella Pizza ($15); or select any four toppings from the Toppings of the Day (Apple, Bacon, Black Olives, Cheddar, Fresh Basil, Fresh Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Sausage, Shredded Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomatoes) to Create Your Own Pizza ($17) and pair it with a Caesar Side Salad with Romaine, Croutons, Shaved Parmesan, and Caesar Dressing ($5). End your evening on a sweet note with a Chocolate Marshmallow Delight Pizza with Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows ($10). Pizza served until 7:30pm.
The Tasting Bar will not be open, but Seated Tastings, also by Reservation only, will be available to enjoy before your meal. Our Seated Tastings include your choice of one of eight Tasting Flights. Flights include five wines, freshly baked bread, Frisian Farms Young Gouda, and Tassel Ridge Dipping Oil. $15 per flight.
