Lake Red Rock is Iowa’s largest lake with 15-to-17,000 square acres of surface water. Enjoy boating, hiking, camping, biking, fishing, birdwatching, and more across the area's parks and trails!
The lake is home to white bass, black bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish, walleye, and many other kinds of fish. Fishing is open year-round, with opportunities during the winter to ice fish in many of the bays or fish open water under the dam.
